About Our Practice

Founded more than 30 years ago by Dr. Philip Caldwell, Highland Pediatric Dental has served thousands of patients and has become a highly respected, trusted friend of parents and children.

Dr. Yvette Stokes joined the practice in 1994, and a few years later, purchased the practice from Dr. Caldwell, who continues to practice on a part-time basis.

The practice provides a full range of dental services to infants, children, adolescents and special needs patients. These services range from cleaning and oral hygiene to hospital-based surgery.

Both Drs. Stokes and Caldwell are well-known, active members of the Fayetteville community who volunteer their time and resources to support a variety of charitable, religious, and civic organizations.
